Ili mtu aweze kufanikiwa katika maisha ni lazima awe na Elimu kuhusiana na kile kitu anachotaka kukifanya, kuwa na elimu kutamsaidia kupambanua masuala mbalimbali anayokumbana nayo lakini pia kuleta tija katika kitu anachokifanya.

 For a person to be successful in life, first he must acquire education, concerning particular thing that he ought to do, having education will help that person in ackowleding and solving different challenges and thus enhence productivity on that particular matter.

Pia mtu anapaswa kuwa na uadilifu katika kile kitu anachokifanya,  uadilifu ni kile kitendo cha kuchagua mawazo na matendo yako yaongozwe na vipaumbele vyako kuliko kile kipato utakachokipata. Unapo ishi kuendena na vipaumbele vyako katika maisha yako, unajipa nafasi ya kujitathimini na kujipima kiwango gani umefikia kwa wakati husika, wapi pana mapungufu na jinsi gani ya kukabiliana nayo, yapi umetimiza kwa wakati na yapi hayajafanikiwa na jinsi ya kujiboresha.

However, a person needs to have integrity towards whatever thing he or she does, Integrity is choosing your thought and actions based on values rather than personal gain. Living and doing things based on your values paves a way to self evaluation and determination  of the goals you had set before, that way you will be able to discover the strength, potential and weakness you had achive and how to improve.

Kingine ni, tabia za mtu binafsi, kama vile vitu anavyopendelea kuvifanya na namna ambavyo anavyoishi na watu wanaomzunguka wakiwemo anaofanya nao kazi. Mara nyingi  vile unavyoishi na watu inaweza kuchochea au kuporomosha maendeleo au hata mafanikio yako. Ukiwa ni mtu wa kutokuthamini mawazo na michango ya wengine, au zile kazi zao, watu wengi watashindwa kufanya kazi na wewe na hata utendaji kazi wa watakao kua wanafanya utakuwa hafifu, na hivyo kuchangia katika kuporomosha mafanikio yako, lakini ukiwa mtu wa kuthamini kazi na michango ya wengine, itachochea katika uwajibikaji na uzalishaji.

Moreover personal habits, contribute much to a person achievements, the things one does for oneself, the way he or she relate with others, the co workers or employees inclusive. usually how one relate with other may prosper or act as hindrance to a persons towards sucess. If you are a kind of person that doesn"t appreciate or value other peoples opinion, no body will be confortable working with you, or work for you and even when they do, they might not work with such high passion and willinges of adding a value and progress into such work place, contrary to if you were a different person, and most probably a person who appreciate and value other peoples work, suggestion, and contribution.

Pia kuwa na akili au upeo wa kuona mbali zaidi, na kuangalia kila kitu katika eneo linalokuzunguka kama fursa ya wewe kujiongezea kipato au kupata mafanikio. Tatizo lolote kwenye jamii, ukiweza kulitatua basi linakuwa fursa ya kiuchumi kwako. Kitu hiko hiko mtu mwengine anachokifanya, ukiwa na akili ya ziada kuongeza ubunifu na utofauti kati yako naye, tayari utakua umetengeneza fursa, masoko au hata kipato. Kifanye kitu chako, kazi yako, biashara yako, iwe na utofauti na wengine ili impe mtu sababu kwanini afanye biashara na wewe, asifanye na wengine, kwanini anunue bidhaa yako wewe asinunue ya mwengine, hiyo itakuweka katika nafasi nzuri ya kufanikiwa.

Success also entails the intelligence or thinking capacity that one has,  the ability to look beyond, and looking at opportunities around the area one belongs. Any problem that your community faces, if you find solution to that problem, then that problem changes and become a source of economy to you. The same thing that some one else is doing,if you find  you can find that thinking ability to formulate or do thar particular thing in a very unique way, that will let someone find a reason of doing business with you and not with other, why that person should take your service and not others, then it will put you in a great position to succeed.

Cha mwisho ni kutengeneza kitu (ubunifu). Kwa mfano, unapenda kuwa muimbaji, buni aina ya muziki unaotaka kuimba ambayo itaendana na uhalisia wako na ambayo itakupa furaha, kitendo tu cha kufanya kile kitu unapata furaha. Kukifurahia kitu unachokifanya kitakuwezesha wewe kutengeneza (kubuni) vitu tofauti tofauti katika kitu unachokifanya ambacho kitapelekea kuongeza ubora wa kazi yako, na pia kuongeza kipato, hivyo hii pia itakusaidia katika kufikia mafanikio yako. 

And the last, is initiatives. For instance, you love to be a singer, initiate the kind of music that you will love to sing, the kind of music that will meet your personal desires, and that will bring happiness to you. When what you love to do, attracts happiness towards you, youwill find the desire to initiate different things that will add a value to what you are doing and which will increase your income possession, this will lead you towards your personal success.
